Beauty Entrepreneur Wins The Next Titan Season 10
Pearl Ubani, a beauty entrepreneur and founder of Myria Gee Global Enterprise Ltd, has won the 10th season of The Next Titan Nigeria. She secured a grand prize of N40 million during the finale held in Lagos. Ubani triumphed after 10 weeks of business challenges and boardroom eliminations.
Her leadership and innovative approach to building a sustainable beauty economy earned her the judges’ final approval.
Ubani Reflects on Her Victory
Ubani shared her excitement, saying, “Winning The Next Titan Nigeria is not just a personal triumph; it’s a validation of every young Nigerian who dares to dream, create, and build something meaningful from scratch.”
She also added, “This win is a huge responsibility. The Next Titan changed me in ways I didn’t expect. It tested my patience, confidence, and belief in what I could achieve.”
Plans for Myria Gee’s Growth
Ubani plans to use the N40 million prize to grow Myria Gee, her cosmetics manufacturing brand. The brand focuses on locally made beauty products, formulation training, and brand development for emerging entrepreneurs. Ubani aims to empower other entrepreneurs and support the local beauty industry.
The Next Titan’s 10th Anniversary
Mide Akinlaja, Executive Producer of The Next Titan Nigeria, noted that the 10th edition, themed ‘Be Unconventional’, received thousands of entries from across the country. The show also featured regional auditions in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Lagos, and online.
“The show was designed to provoke the spirit of entrepreneurship among young Nigerians,” Akinlaja explained. “It wasn’t just for contestants, but for aspiring entrepreneurs watching from home.”
A True Test of Entrepreneurial Spirit
Akinlaja further explained that the top 20 contestants lived together in the Titan House for 10 weeks, executing business tasks and competing before weekly evictions. He praised the judges—Kyari Bukar, Chris Parkes, Tonye Cole, and Lilian Olubi—for their mentorship and valuable contribution.
Sponsorship and Partnerships
The show’s title sponsor, Betano, and platinum sponsor, First City Monument Bank, supported the 10th season. Other partners included SIFAX Group, Arik Air, Lifemate Furniture, Nikky Taurus, and NITDA.
Daniel Lamberti, Senior Business Development Advisor for Africa at Betano, described the partnership as a commitment to empowering innovation. “We believe in innovation, perseverance, and passion, the same values that drive The Next Titan and its contestants,” Lamberti said.
Akinlaja added that Betano’s collaboration brought new energy and opportunities to the show, helping celebrate a decade of discovering Nigeria’s brightest entrepreneurs.
