Nigeria, Shell Tout Progress on $20B Bonga South West Oilfield
Nigeria and Shell have announced significant progress on the massive Bonga South West deepwater oilfield. President Bola Tinubu approved “investment-linked” incentives for the project following a meeting with Shell CEO Wael Sawan.
